I first found yoga in 2015 when I was struggling with chronic back pain stemming from multiple herniated discs. Yoga was the only thing that helped me with both my physical and mental pain.
Through practicing yoga, I found much more than flexibility. I decided that I wanted to share the benefits of yoga with others and I obtained my 200 hour Yoga Teacher certificate.
I hope to help others discover their own mental and physical strength, as well as increase the flexibility of every muscle and joint in the body.
