From a young age, I have been passionate about movement and healing. I began a strong yoga practice many years ago when I was working full time as a nurse. The mental clarity I received on the mat trickled into all aspects of my life. I aspired to become a yoga instructor to help others feel this inner balance. My teaching styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Gentle, Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra. I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and have certified other people into Reiki healers as well. I have also been a massage therapist since 2006 and continue to work as a nurse occasionally. I love to see people explore new poses and classes in the hopes that like me, they may discover a new love for movement and achieve their own inner balance.
