I have always been active and enjoyed playing sports. I ran track from 6th grade through my first year of college when I injured my back. Being an athlete with a back injury helped develop my interest in maintaining quality of life and physical fitness.
As a trainer and coach, I enjoy developing relationships with clients. It helps me better plan routines and workouts that can be implemented to meet client goals.
My focus is to help clients; including men, women, and youth, to be stronger, leaner, and reach fitness goals. That may include increasing endurance, fitting into those jeans, or just feeling more confident in yourself. I like being creative with fitness, so you don’t get bored. I look forward to working with you.
